We text you the day before with a 2-hour arrival window. We arrive on time — if we'd be late, we call ahead.

First thing when we walk in: shoe covers on, drop cloths under any vent we'll be working at. Your floors stay as clean as we found them.

Industrial HEPA vacuum + brush method on each vent register. We work room by room so you can see exactly what's being done.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes — we'll need someone 18 or older present to confirm work areas and approve the finished result before we leave.
Are your sanitizing products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use EPA-approved sanitizers that are safe to be around during and after application. No need to leave the home.
How long does a typical service take?
Most residential cleanings take 60-90 minutes. Larger homes with more vents may take up to 2 hours. We give you a realistic window when we confirm the appointment.
Will the cleaning damage my HVAC system?
No — proper duct cleaning is what HVAC manufacturers recommend. Our vacuum + brush method works on the vent registers and ductwork without touching internal HVAC components.
What if I have an older or unusual HVAC system?
Let us know during booking. We've worked on most LA-area HVAC types including older 1940s-1970s systems. If we arrive and find something we can't safely service, there's no charge for the visit.
Can I see before/after photos of the work in my home?
Yes — we take before/after photos of every cleaning and walk you through them before we leave. You also get a copy if you want one.
